Moonlight Walks was the first visual novel I've ever played. I sort of found it by accident when I was looking for the game mentioned by the artist of this work. (She's the heroine of the story by the way.)
The story begins with you spending the summer before college at a small island with your aunt and uncle. You love astronomy and has a passion for photography. One night, while you're out taking pictures of the full moon, you meet a girl walking down the beach...
It was short and sweet with just four endings. I wasn't really keen about the art at first but after seeing the original drawings (the artist added an option) I was impressed with the improvement of the remake.

Ending 2: History
Ending 3: Married for Moments
Ending 4: Together, Into the Light (this ones my fave)
Although the story is a bit cliche, I liked it enough to encourage me to try out other visual novels too. And also, to bring my camera with me the next time I take a moonlight walk ^^
