Raves and Rants:
This is relatively simple compared to the other visual novels I've played, you just have to work as a secretary while solving the mystery. How hard can it be? The hard part for me comes on how to juggle the workload. I'm sort of the type who can't say 'no' to people so it took me awhile to finish on my first try. I solved the mystery but didn't end up with anyone.
You can only work during morning, early afternoon and late afternoon. You can work during lunch hour and evening too, but that has added stress. The more stressed you are, the more likely you are to mess up on your work. To relieve stress, you can play solitaire (-3%) or eat your packed lunch (-5%). The other options are eating Chinese or Expensive food or going to the pub or theater, but you're going to have to spend money on that.
You begin the game with $100. There are three items you can buy at the mall: a red vest ($40), a crimson blouse ($70) and the lucky watch ($200). I've gotten all endings but I still haven't bought the watch, not even once (but meh, maybe I'm just too lazy)
There are some extras you unlock along with some endings (actually Pierre's ending is the only one with no bonus). Interview with the Supervillain Prosecutor unlocks when you get an ending with Dorothy. Other Assorted Heartbreak, a sort of backstory, unlocks with Jonathan ending. and a short comic strip, Love and 4koma unlocks with Ross ending.
